Emergency service
Plumbing emergency? Call right now.
Burst pipe, active flooding, no water, sewer backup, or water heater actively leaking — we respond fast across Salem and the Willamette Valley.
Call (503) 917-3259 Available 24/7 for active-damage emergenciesBefore we arrive — do these three things
- Shut off the water. Find your main shutoff valve and close it. This stops damage from getting worse while we're on the way.
- Contain the water. Towels, buckets, or a mop on standing water prevents damage to flooring. Move valuables away from the leak if safe to do so.
- Call us with details. The more specific you can be about what's happening, the faster we can bring the right tools. Is it spraying? Dripping? Backing up? Any smell?
What we consider an emergency
- Burst or split pipe — spraying water, pressurized leak
- Major water leak — visible water accumulating, ceiling staining fast, slab leak with warm floor
- Sewer backup — toilet overflowing with sewage, drains backing up throughout the home
- Complete loss of water — no water anywhere in the home when it's a connected/plumbed issue
- Water heater actively leaking — water pooling around the base, tank failure
- Gas smell near a gas water heater or plumbing appliance — leave the house, call us from outside
What's not an emergency (but we'll still take care of you)
Slow drain, running toilet, minor drip, water heater that's stopped producing hot water but isn't leaking, low water pressure — none of these are active-damage situations. They still need to be fixed, but they can usually wait until business hours. That's cheaper for you and better for our schedule. Call (503) 917-3259 during business hours (Mon–Fri 8am–5pm) for same-day or next-day service at standard rates.
After-hours pricing
We're transparent about emergency pricing. After-hours, weekend, and holiday calls carry an emergency service fee on top of our regular hourly rate — the specific amount depends on the time of call and the service window. We disclose the fee when you call, before we dispatch. You always agree to the charges before we start work.
